We do extensive background checks, require safety certifications, and provide ongoing training for our nannies to insure your family’s safety and quality of care. To set you up for success we walk you and your new nanny through the hiring process, and then continue to check in and provide support to make sure things are running smoothly. We also provide on-going training and classes for both nannies and parents.
